How does data sync between MyIQ and Xero?

How often does MyIQ sync with Xero?

MyIQ checks Xero every 15 minutes for new data to import, so your reporting is always up to date. This automatic sync ensures MyIQ captures the latest journals without manual effort.

You’ll always be working with near real-time data in your dashboards and reports, giving you fast, accurate insights when you need them most.

 

How do you disconnect from Xero?

To disconnect MyIQ from Xero, simply:

  1. Go to the menu bar

  2. Select ‘Xero’

  3. Click the ‘Disconnect Xero’ button

You can reconnect at any time by re-authorizing your Xero account.

Will MyIQ change my existing Xero setup?

No. MyIQ does not edit any existing Xero data.

What happens if sync fails?

If MyIQ can’t connect to Xero or encounters mapping errors:

  • You’ll see a clear error alert on the dashboard. Requesting you to re-authorize your Xero connection.

  • MyIQ support can help you troubleshoot, if issues persist after re-authorization.

Can MyIQ support multiple Xero organisations or subsidiaries?

Yes. You can connect multiple Xero organisations to MyIQ.
These can be shown consolidated together on the dashboard reports.
